We desire to see at least 85% of our church family actively participating in discipleship programs that help them grow in their faith, deepen their understanding of Scripture, and live out the gospel in everyday life. Whether through Life Groups, Bible studies, mentorship, or structured discipleship courses, we are committed to fostering a culture where spiritual growth is a shared priority.

Our goal is for every member of our church to be confident in sharing their faith. Through training sessions, evangelism workshops, and intentional opportunities to practice gospel conversations, we want to equip believers with both the knowledge and boldness to proclaim the good news of Jesus Christ to those around them—at work, in their neighborhoods, and beyond.

We believe that every believer has been gifted by God to serve the church and the world. Our vision is for each member to find a meaningful, sustainable place to serve, ensuring that no ministry is dependent on a single individual and that every servant has opportunities for rest and renewal. By fostering a culture of teamwork and shared responsibility, we aim to build a church where ministry is both effective and life-giving.

As we pursue discipleship, evangelism, and faithful service, we anticipate and celebrate the growth that God brings—both in numbers and in spiritual maturity. Our commitment is to remain faithful in planting and watering, trusting that God will provide the increase (1 Corinthians 3:6). We will celebrate each milestone of growth, whether it’s new believers coming to faith, deeper community connections, or an expanding reach of our ministries.
